Zune Phone Getting Closer

A little comment from the general manager of global marketing of the zune recently said:

“As I said earlier on, the entire Zune platform and brand is about a family of devices. So to the degree that phones and other products exist in the family going forward, absolutely, that’s definitely where this is all going".

Now that's very interesting. But Apple Inc. aren't going to wrest on their laurels!

Apple's CFO Peter Oppenheimer said, ” We don't think the phones that are available today make the best music players. We think the iPod is. But over time that's likely to change, and we aren't sitting around doing nothing."
